Reeses Pretzel Cookies

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups flour

1/4 tsp sea salt

2 tsp baking soda

1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)

1 cup brown sugar

1 egg

1 tsp Mexican vanilla

2 tbsp white sugar

1/3 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup mini peanut butter cups

1/2 cup mini pretzels, rough chopped

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Sea salt for sprinkling at the end

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, salt and baking soda. In a separate mixing bowl, beat together melted butter, brown sugar and white sugar. Mix in your egg and vanilla. Slowly pour in your flour mixture (dry ingredients) in with the butter and sugar mixture (wet ingredients). Beating until completely incorporated together. Spoon in your peanut butter and mix well until smooth. Using a spatula fold in the Reeses, chocolate chips and pretzels. Make sure it is thoroughly mixed in with the cookie dough.

On a greased baking sheet, using a dough scoop, spoon about 3 tbs of dough (should be in a round ball shape) onto your cookie sheet. Using the back of a spoon or a spatula lightly press down the ball until it is slightly flat. Bake for 11 min then remove from oven and sprinkle with sea salt! Dunk your cookie into a big glass of whole milk and enjoy!
