Honey Ranch Pork Chops

Ingredients:

4 Boneless Pork Chops

3 tbsp honey

1 packet Hidden Valley dry ranch mix

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp Brightland olive oil

Kosher Salt

Fresh black pepper

Directions:

Whisk all ingredients together and marinate pork chops over night. Spread them evenly on a baking sheet and pour the marinade on top of them. Bake on 400 for 30 min. Remove from baking sheet and make sure an excess marinade drips off. Sprinkle both sides of the pork with the salt and pepper. Use a griddle if you are cooking inside or an outside grill to sear both side of the chops. Sear with really fattening sides aka mac and cheese or some sort of potato.
