Party Brownies
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 cup butter (softened)
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup cocoa powder
3 TBSP milk
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup mini chocolate chips
Frosting:
1 cup mini chocolate chips
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp milk
1 cup powdered sugar
Optional Toppings:
Sprinkles (I purchased from Williams Sonoma *Flour Shop), Heath Bar pieces, chocolate chips, pretzels, marshmallows, Reece’s Pieces, walnuts or almonds.
Brownies:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line 8x8 pan with parchment paper and set aside.
Whisk together sugar and butter. Add eggs, vanilla, cocoa powder and milk, whisk until smooth.
Stir in flour, salt and mini chocolate chips. Stir until flour in well incorporated.
Bake for 40 min, until brownies are set. Remove from oven and let cool for 20 min.
Frosting:
Combine butter, chocolate chips and milk in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 45 seconds. Add powdered sugar and whisk until smooth.
Lather on top of cooled brownies and add toppings. Next, pop champagne and stuff your face with these Party Brownies and have a party in your mouth.
