S'mores Pie

I love s’mores so freaking much. I wanted to do something with all those ingredients but a more classy version, and what’s more classy than a pie? It taste like a hot summer night, sitting next to a bonfire staring at the big Texas sky full of stars.

Ingredients:

1 package of chocolate pudding

2 1/2 cups half and half

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

6 tbs butter (melted)

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup of semi sweet morsels

3 tbs milk

2 cups mini marshmallows

Directions:

Crust:

Preheat oven to 350. Pour brown sugar, graham cracker crumbs and melted butter and stir until fulled mixed. Pour into pie dish and press it all down until fully compacted and flat. Place in oven and bake for 15 min. Once done let completely cool before adding the filling

Filling:

Pour pudding mix into a mixing bowl with the 2 1/2 cups of half and half. Whisk until it starts to set, about 3 min. Refrigerate for about 15/20 min. Pour into graham cracker crust.

Add marshmallows on top of filling and toast with a kitchen torch. If you don’t have a kitchen torch you can bake for a few min on 350 or broil on low but watch carefully so marshmallows don’t burn. They burn super easy!

Melt morsels and milk in microwave for 30 second intervals until fully smooth and melted. Drizzle over the top of the toasted marshmallows and top with a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs. Refrigerate for an hour before serving!
