Cranberry Relish

Ingredients:

1 cup diced navel oranges (rines included)

2 cups fresh cranberries

1/4 cup sugar

1/4 cup diced apples

1/2 cup walnut pieces

1 tbs raspberry preserves

Directions:

In a food processor, pour in the cranberries. pulse a couple of times and then add in the oranges, apple and walnuts. Pulse until blended well, but you still want a good amount of small chunks. Sprinkle your sugar over the mixture and add in the preserves. Pule until fully combined. Add the mixture to a bowl, cover with plastic and marinate in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, 3 days minimum. Serve with turkey and dressing on Thanksgiving and enjoy!
