Poppy Seed Chicken

Ingredients:

3 cups shredded chicken (I use rotisserie)

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

16 oz sour cream

2 can cream of chicken soup

1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon poppy seeds

2 cups crushed ritz crackers

1/2 cup melted butter

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, mix together sour cream, cream of chicken, Parmesan, onion powder, garlic powder and poppy seeds. Stir until fully incorporated. add the shredded chicken and mix together well. Add the mixture to a casserole dish. In a separate microwave safe bowl, melt the butter. In a mixing bowl, pour the butter over the crush Ritz cracker and stir. Scoop out and spread over the top of the chicken mixture. Bake for 40 minutes. You can also broil to get it extra toasty after it is done baking, but only for a minute or two, it will easily burn. Serve with broccoli or sheet pan green beans! :)
